REFUND POLICY

9. RIGHT TO CANCEL; No Returns; Refunds
9.1 All sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as specified under Section 6, Section 8 and Section 9.2. We do not accept returns of products.
9.2 You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged, if the product doesn't work or is defective, if the wrong item was sent, or if there were missing parts or pieces. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, contact our customer service team by writing to us at TrendyTikTokThings@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
9.3 Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
9.4 For any requests for refund, you must contact our customer service team customer service team by writing to us at TrendyTikTokThings@gmail.com including details of:
(a) your name;
(b) your geographical address;
(c) the order number and reason for request;
(d) your phone number;
(e) email address; and
(f) all relevant refund information (including photos).
